Integrating all parts of ourselves

Each time we retrieve an old memory, we can modify it by integrating new information into it. (Dudai, 2004; Sara, 2000; Wang and Morris, 2010) Knowledge and understanding of the neuroplasticity of the self image is our license to adapt, adjust, and modify our identity into wholeness capable of executing intention to action without collusion or dampening from unintegrated parts. Through accessing movement patterns which exhibit high functionality, we can begin to expand into integrating all parts of ourselves. Integrating with the intention towards a sense of wholeness through expanded movement options.
